Process
Scintillant has very robust in-house workflow management tool, the Team accepts jobs from the end customer, and the job is then analyzed to ascertain the nature of work, time that would take to complete it, skill set and resources required also setting the deadline and priority of request, and then is assigned to the Document Specialist. The Workflow Tool keeps the end customer updated and Notified about the status of the project, once the project is completed by the document specialist it is send for a Quality Check to make sure the delivery is as desired, once the QC is completed the Project is delivered to the End customer through the automated tool.
